Edullence Refund Policy

At Edullence, we strive to provide top-quality ISO management system trainings and consulting services to our customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
      • The delegate is not able to attend the training or reschedule it for a future date, due to some unforeseen circumstances.
      • Technical issues on the Edullence side which prevents the delegates to access or join the training course.
      • Edullence may consider other circumstances on a case-by-case basis, such as extenuating circumstances or exceptional situations where a refund is deemed warranted.
    • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the payment date.
  2. Refund Procedure:
    • To request a refund, customers must contact our support team at info@edullence.com with their purchase details and reason for the refund request.
    • Our support team will assess the request and respond within 5 business days.
    • If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase or as agreed.
  3. Non-Refundable Scenarios:
    • Here are certain scenarios which will be non-refundable, including, not limited to:
      • Services rendered, such as exam fees or certification application fees.
      • Training materials accessed or downloaded by the delegate.
      • Tutor or Auditor man-day fee for the time blocked for a particular assignment.
  4. Cancellation Policy:
    • Customers who wish to cancel their enrolment must do so within 24 hours of the payment to be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  5. Payment Gateway Refunds:
    • Refunds processed through the payment gateway may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the policies of the respective financial institution.
